MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />December 27, 1989 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-12-629 - APPROVING THE FOLLOWING <br />CHANGE-ORDERS FOR PIONEER PARK IMPROVEMENTS AS <br />RECOMMENDED BY THE PARK COMMISSION: <br />FOREST LAKE CONTRACTING $24,283.58 <br />FAIR'S GARDEN CENTER $7,586.84 <br />KEY'S WELL DRILLING COMPANY $3,010.00 <br />MODERN FENCE AND MANUFACTURING $219.80 <br />The foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Scalze reported that the Park Commission recommended <br />approval of an expenditure in the amount of $5,942.00 <br />to Arcade Electric for connection of electrical service <br />in Pioneer Park. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89-12-630 - APPROVING THE EXPENDITURE OF <br />$5,942.00 TO ARCADE ELECTRIC FOR CONNECTION OF <br />ELECTRICAL SERVICE IN PIONEER PARK <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Fahey, LaValle, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Another change-order recommended for approval by the <br />Park Commission is for additional work necessary in <br />conjunction with bituminous trail construction in <br />Spooner Park. That chanqe-order is to Bituminous <br />Consulting & Contracting Company, Inc. in the amount of <br />$1,687.00. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89-12-631 - APPROVING THE CHANGE-ORDER <br />FOR BITUMINOUS TRAIL CONSTRUCTION IN SPOONER PARK IN <br />THE AMOUNT OF $1,687.00 TO BITUMINOUS CONSULTING & <br />CONTRACTING COMPANY, INC. <br />Page 28 <br />
