However, <br />we could be subject to additional costs depending on <br />the final condemnation award. Therefore, the <br />stipulation allows us to close now rather than waiting <br />for the final monetary determination. The <br />Administrator recommended authorization for the Mayor <br />and himself to execute this document on behalf of the <br />City. <br />As a member of the City Council, Mr. Blesener <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-2-59 - AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS ON <br />BEHALF OF THE CITY FOR THE PROPERTY TRANSFER BETWEEN <br />MCNAMARA AND M& M FINANCIAL <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Fahey, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator requested that he be authorized <br />to make the appropriate disbursement of funds relative <br />to the closings of the Mondor, Weinholzer and McNamara <br />properties. <br />As a member of the City Council, Mr. LaValle introduced <br />the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-2-60 - AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO MAKE THE APPROPRIATE DISBURSEMENT OF <br />FUNDS FROM BOND PROCEEDS AS PART OF THE CLOSINGS FOR <br />THE ACQUISITION OF THE MONDOR, WEINHOLZER AND MCNAMARA <br />PROPERTIES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Fahey, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />As a member of the City Council, Mr. Collova introduced <br />the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Page 5 <br />
