MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />February 14, 1990 <br />of the decorative street light. Misukanis pointed out <br />that an additional street light has been ordered for <br />Dianna Lane, and requested that the installation of the <br />Reidmond Street light be coordinated with the Dianna <br />Lane light. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90-2-71 - APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF <br />A DECORATIVE STREET LIGHT ON REIDMOND AVENUE AS <br />PETITIONED FOR BY THE PROPERTY OWNERS ON THAT STREET <br />SUBJECT TO AGREEMENT BY THE PROPERTY OWNERS TO TAE <br />MONTHLY POWER AND MAINTENANCE CHARGE FOR DECORATIVE <br />STREET LIGATS AS ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY'S STREET <br />LIGHTING POLICY AS WELL AS ANY ADDITIONAL INSTALLATION <br />COSTS, IF NECESSARY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Scalze, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (O). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />LIQUOR Council reviewed the applications submitted by Chuying <br />LICENSE Wu for transfer of The Fortune Cookie Inn's <br />TRANSFER non-intoxicating malt liquor license and wine license. <br />FORTUNE Mr. Wu is the new owner of The Fortune Cookie Inn. <br />COOKIE INN <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90-2-72 - APPROVING THE TRANSFER TAE <br />NON-INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE AND WINE LICENSE <br />FOR THE FORTUNE COOKIE INN TO MR. CHUYING WU <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Fahey, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />GAMBLING Council reviewed the application for a gambling license <br />LICENSE submitted by the Fourth District VFW to hold a gold <br />FOURTH plate dinner at the Venetian Inn on Sunday, February <br />DISTRICT VFW 18, 1990.
