MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />March 14, 1990 <br />Brachman felt that stipulations in the development <br />agreement could be used to address this issue. <br />Fahey pointed out that the Council would feel more <br />comfortable with less units than what Mr. Brachman is <br />proposing. <br />Scalze stated that she wanted an opinion from the <br />Market Place on this matter. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-3-121 - INSTRUCTING THE CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO SEND A LETTER TO THE OWNERS OF THE <br />MARKET PLACE SOLICITING THEIR OPINION ON TxE PROPOSED <br />SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING PROJECT ADJACENT TO GARDEN <br />TERRACE APARTMENTS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />PARKING The City Engineer submitted to the Council a proposed <br />RESTRICTIONS resolution restricting parking on Country Drive in <br />COUNTRY DR. conjunction with the State-Aid improvement of a portion <br />of Country Drive. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-3-122 - A RESOLUTION RESTRICTING <br />PARKING ON BOTH THE EAST AND WEST SIDES OF COUNTRY <br />DRIVE AT ALL TIMES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Blesener, Collova, Fahey, <br />Nays (O). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />OPTICOM The City Engineer proposed the installation of an <br />SYSTEM Opticom at the intersection of Rice Street and County <br />RICE STREET Road C. Estimated cost to the City is $3,500. <br />& COUNTY <br />ROAD C The City Administrator reported that he would determine <br />Page 15 <br />
