MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
March 28, 1990
Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-3-133 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE
MARCH 14, 1990 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS CORRECTED
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey.
Ayes (4) Blesener, Fahey, Collova, Scalze.
Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted.
ZERO LoT Mayor Fahey opened the Public Hearing to consider the
LINE application submitted by Carl D. Buechler for a zero
SUBDIVISION lot line subdivision for the property he owns at 104-
BUECHLER 106 East Old County Road C.
Mr. Buechler appeared before the Council and reported
that he is willing to comply with the recommendations
of the City Planner as contained in his report dated
March 5, 1990. Buechler pointed out that the Council
had previously approved a similar request for the
property he owned on Jackson Street.
Blesener recalled a similar request which the Council
denied a few years ago in the Demont area.
The Planner pointed out that in that instance the
property was not properly zoned and the proposal was to
construct a double-home with a zero lot line. The
Buechler property is zoned R-2 and the duplex is an
existing structure.
Fahey asked if there were any comments from the general
public present on this proposal. There were none.
Upon motion by Collova, seconded by Scalze, the public
hearing was closed,
Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-3-134 - APPROVING THE ZERO LOT LINE
SUBDIVISION REQUEST SUBMITTED BY CARL D. BUECHLER FOR
THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 104-106 EAST OLD COUNTY ROAD C
Page 2
