MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 2, 1990 <br />Council discussed the timinq for the public hearing <br />necessary to consider the rezoning of the property with <br />the concensus of the Council that the hearing should be <br />held at the May 9th Council meeting, with the Planning <br />Commission to consider the matter on Thursday May 3rd. <br />This will require that the Planning Commission either <br />hold a special meeting or reschedule their May meeting. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-4-160 - CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO CONSIDER THE REZONING OF THE GREIMAN PROPERTY FROM <br />RESIDENTIAL TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR MAY 9, 1990 <br />AT 7:30 P.M., OR SUCH DATE AS THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />MAY DETERMINE APPROPRIATE, AND REQUESTING THAT THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION CONSIDER THE REZONING PROPOSAL ON <br />MAY 3, 1990 <br />The foreqoing resolution was duly seconded by Collova. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Collova, Scalze, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-4-161 - ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Scalze, Collova, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 5:45 P.M. <br />c <br />MiGhael I. ~ h ~ - <br />Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Joel R.
