MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />April 11, 1990 <br />TIF & PAYNE <br />AVENUE <br />troops will be providing the manpower. In addition, <br />the Public Works street clean-up is scheduled for that <br />same day again utilizing the Cub Scouts. <br />The Administrator requested Council action regarding <br />a TIF plan amendment to address funding for the <br />improvement of Payne Avenue. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90-4-191 - APPROVING THE PREPARATION OF <br />TAE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO AMEND THE THUNDER BAY TAX <br />INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN TO ADDRESS FUNDING FOR THE <br />PAYNE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT AND SCHEDULING THE APPROPRIATE <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON THIS ISSUE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (o), <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />LOCAL The Council instructed the City Administrator to <br />GOVERNMENT contact the City's legislators and whomever else <br />AIDS appropriate regarding the proposal for reducing local <br />government aids. <br />ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoptione <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-4-192 - ADJOURNING <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />There being no further business, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 10:32 P.M. <br />~~~ ' ~ ~ ` 1 <br />~ ~~ ~=~< ~~c"~ d„~ ~,~~a. ~ = .,, ,y <br />Michael I.
