MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />May 23, 1990 <br />1990 LIQUOR <br />LICENSE <br />RENEWALS <br />currently being revised and storm sewer drainage will <br />be addressed in these plans. The Engineer stated that <br />run-off from one site will not be allowed to drain onto <br />another property. Run-off will be conveyed from the <br />property by storm sewer. <br />Fahey suggested that Mr. 5ullivan review the details of <br />the storm sewer engineering with the City Engineer once <br />the revised grading plans are received and reviewed. <br />Sullivan pointed out that diverting drainage from the <br />Centre Place property onto adjacent private property is <br />a trespass which is cause for action. <br />Gloria Bjorklund, 60 Iona Lane, reported that the catch <br />basin in Iona Lane is improperly located so that <br />run-off cannot get to it. <br />Fahey suggested that the City Engineer review this <br />concern. <br />The City Engineer agreed to contact Bjorklund to review <br />the matter. <br />Mr. Virg Nelson, Iona Lane resident, requested a copy <br />of the Centre Place grading plan. <br />The City Engineer reported that once they are <br />available, he will get copies to the City Administrator <br />for distribution to interested property owners. <br />The City Administrator reported that once the revised <br />grading plan has been reviewed by the City Enqineer, <br />the Council will be presented with chanqe orders <br />addressing the regrading as well as alignment of <br />utilities. <br />Fahey requested that once the revised plan is received, <br />that Mr. Osland, Mr. Gregory and Mr. Nelson be provided <br />with copies. <br />Council reviewed the applications for renewal of 1990 <br />liquor, entertainment and gameroom licenses. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-5-255 - APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE <br />FOLLOWING LIQUOR, ENTERTAINMENT AND GAMEROOM LICENSES <br />FOR THE LICENSE PERIOD JULY 1, 1990 THROUGH JUNE 30, <br />Page 11 <br />
