MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 12~ 1990 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (O). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />CITY The Council discussed the scheduling of a 6-month <br />ADMINISTRATOR performance evaluation for the City Administrator, and <br />PERFORMANCE it the concensus of the Council to schedule this matter <br />at a workshop meeting to be held on Wednesday, June <br />27th, at 6:3o P.M. prior to the regular City Council <br />meeting. <br />FIRE STATION Council discussed the issue of the zoning of the new <br />SITE - station site. <br />ZONING <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90-6-287 - CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR <br />WEDNESDAY, JULY 25, 1990 TO CONSIDER THE REZONING OF <br />THE NEW FIRE STATION SITE FROM B-3 TO PUBLIC AND/OR TO <br />CONSIDER THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT UNDER <br />TAE EXISTING B-3 ZONING TO ALLOW THE USE OF THE <br />PROPERTY AS A FIRE STATION SITE, IF THE COUNCIL <br />DETERMINES THIS OPTION TO BE MORE APPROPRIATE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />OLD FIRE Scalze reported that she spoke with Servants of Mary <br />STATION and St. Joseph's Society regarding the excess donation <br />SITE monies that the City has from the Little Canada <br />Elementary School project. The charities have <br />indicated that they would like to see this money used <br />for construction of a marker or planter at the old fire <br />station site. The charities will work with Bill <br />Sanders on this project. Therefore, Scalze recommended <br />that the monies be placed in the City's Park Fund but <br />earmarked for the old fire station project until plans <br />are finalized. <br />VOUCHERS Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-5-288 - APPROVING THE VOUCHERS <br />Page 22 <br />
