MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 27, 1990 <br />The £oregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />SCHLOER Council reviewed the applioation received from Greg <br />PROPERTY Schloer for the division of his property located at <br />DIVISION 43 West County Road C into two lots. It was pointed <br />out that the rear lot abutts the Centre Place <br />improvement. The Planning Commission has recommended <br />approval of the property division. <br />There was no one from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Mr. Blesener iritroduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90-6-293 - APPROVING THE DIVISION OF THE <br />GREG SCHLOER PROPERTY LOCATED AT 43 WEST COUNTY ROAD C <br />INTO TWO LOTS AS REQUESTED SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH <br />THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS CONTAINED IN <br />HIS REPORT DATED JUNE 8, 1990 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />PUBLIC The Acting Mayor opened the public hearing to consider <br />AEARING the sale of $515,000 General Obligation Tax Increment <br />BOND SALE and Improvement Bonds of 1990. <br />Brad Farnham, Juran & Moody, appeared before the <br />Council and reported that the City received six bids in <br />conjunction with this bond sale. Farnham reported that <br />all the bids were excellent and pointed out that the <br />low bid was received from Cronin & Company, Inc. with a <br />net effective interest rate of 6.740. Farnham reviewed <br />the tabulation of bids, a comparison of bond sales that <br />have occurred throughout June, as well as the Bond <br />Buyer's Index. <br />The City Administrator reported that the bonds include <br />Page 2 <br />
