MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 22, 1990 <br />single-family home and from $600 to $800 per duplex. <br />Scalze suggested that the amendment also include an <br />increase for multiple dwelling units as well as <br />condominiums from $100 per unit to $200 per unit. <br />However, Scalze indicated that she would opposed the <br />amendment since she believed the park charge for <br />single-family homes should be increased to $500. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 336 - AMENDING SECTION 2101.020.2.(a), <br />2101.050.2., 2101.050.3., AND 2101.050.4. OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, RELATING <br />TO PARK CHARGES FOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Blesener, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (1) 5calze. <br />Ordinance declared adopted. <br />LANDSCAPE The City Planner reviewed his report dated August 20, <br />ORDINANCE 1990 detailing the changes to the proposed Landscape <br />Ordinance. <br />The Council discussed the fact that direction was given <br />to the Planner to draft an ordinance which is on the <br />liberal end of what surrounding cities have required. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 337 - AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING SECTION <br />903.020.G, REQUIRED SCREENING, LANDSCAPING AND SITE <br />WORK AS SUBMITTED BY TAE CITY PLANNER <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Fahey, Scalze, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (O). <br />Ordinance declared adopted. <br />ADULT BOOK Council noted that the City Planner will have a report <br />STORES regarding adult book stores some time in the near <br /> future. <br />SLUMBERLAND The City Administrator reviewed his report dated August <br />DEVELOPMENT 17, 1990 regarding the proposed Slumberland Development <br />AGREEMENT The Administrator also reported that City staff has <br /> Page 16 <br />
