Scalze suggested that the amendment also include an increase for multiple dwelling units as well as condominiums from $100 per unit to $200 per unit. However, Scalze indicated that she would opposed the amendment since she believed the park charge for single-family homes should be increased to $500. Mr. LaValle introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: ORDINANCE NO. 336 - AMENDING SECTION 2101.020.2.(a), 2101.050.2., 2101.050.3., AND 2101.050.4. OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, RELATING TO PARK CHARGES FOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (4) LaValle, Blesener, Collova, Fahey. Nays (1) 5calze. Ordinance declared adopted. LANDSCAPE The City Planner reviewed his report dated August 20, ORDINANCE 1990 detailing the changes to the proposed Landscape Ordinance. The Council discussed the fact that direction was given to the Planner to draft an ordinance which is on the liberal end of what surrounding cities have required. Mr. Blesener introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: ORDINANCE NO. 337 - AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING SECTION 903.020.G, REQUIRED SCREENING, LANDSCAPING AND SITE WORK AS SUBMITTED BY TAE CITY PLANNER The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Fahey. Ayes (5) Blesener, Fahey, Scalze, Collova, LaValle. Nays (O). Ordinance declared adopted.
