MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 26, 1990 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />COST SAVINGS The Mayor has requested that the Council hold a <br />WORKSHOP workshop to discuss cost saving measures. The Mayor <br />has suggested either October 17th or October 31st, <br />however, it was pointed out that October 17th is the <br />Ramsey County League meeting. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the followinq resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-9-443 - CALLING A COUNCIL WORKSHOP <br />FOR WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 31ST, AT 7:00 P.M. TO DISCUSS <br />COST SAVING MEASURES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Council realized that October 31st was Halloween. <br />Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-9-444 - RECONSIDERING RESOLUTION NO. <br />90-9-444 AND DECIDING AGAINST AOLDING THE COUNCIL <br />WORKSHOP MEETING ON OCTOBER 31ST SINCE THAT IS <br />HALLOWEEN <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Collova, LaValle, Blesener, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-9-445 - CALLING A COUNCIL WORKSHOP <br />MEETING FOR TUESDAY, OCTOBER 30TH, AT 7:00 P.M. TO <br />DISCUSS POSSIBLE COST SAVING MEASURES <br />The foregoing reoslution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0).
