MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 23, 1990 <br />Boosalis reported that he would withdraw his objection <br />if the City reduced the assessment to $11,634 per lot. <br />The City Administra~or pointed out that Mr. Boosalis <br />has waived his right to appeal the assessment as part <br />of the Development Agreement he has with the City. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-10-474 - REJECTING THE NICK BOOSALIS <br />OBJECTION TO ASSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. 89-16 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />There was no one present from the general public with <br />additional comments on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Blesener, seconded by LaValle, the <br />public hearing was closed. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90-10-475 - APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL AS AMENDED FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. 89-16, <br />ROSEWOOD DRIVE, A NEW STREET IN THE CENTRE PLACE PLAT <br />FROM COUNTY ROAD C NORTA AND EAST ENDING IN A <br />CUL-DE-SAC BY GRADING, SANI'PARY SEWER, WATERMAIN, STORM <br />SEWER, GRAVEL BASE, CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER AND <br />BITUMINOUS SURFACING <br />PER LOT ASSESSMENT OF $11,634.00 <br />COUNTY NO. 6091 <br />INTEREST RATE - 8 1/4 PERCENT <br />INSTALLMENT - TEN YEARS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (1) Fahey. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />ASSESSMENT Fahey opened the assessment hearing for Improvement No <br /> <br />HEARING - <br />90-7, County Road D from <br />LaBore Road . <br />to 0.35 miles east <br />IMP. NO. by shoulder paving. <br />90-7 <br /> The amount to be assessed is $886.40.
