MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 24, 1990 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-10-489 - APPROVING THE LOT SPLIT AND <br />VARIANCE FROM THE CODE TO ALLOW A LOT WITHOUT FRONTAGE <br />ON AN IMPROVED PUBLIC STREET AS REQUESTED BY MR. <br />TIMOTHY R. MURPAY FOR THE PROPERTY AT 743 EAST COUNTY <br />ROAD B-2 BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION AND CITY PLANNER AS CONTAINED IN HIS REPORT <br />DATED OCTOBER 9, 1990, AND BASED ON THE FACT THAT THE <br />PRIVATE ROAD HAS EXISTED FOR AT LEAST THE PAST 40 YEARS <br />AND TAE PLATTING OF ONE ADDITIONAL LOT WILL MAKE GOOD <br />USE OF THE PROPERTY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fahey. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Fahey, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (1) Scalze. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />LOT SPLIT - Council reviewed the applications for lots splits <br />67 & 61 W. for 61 and 67 West County Road C as requested by <br />COUNTY RD. C Direct Builders. The Planning Commission and City <br />Planner have recommended approval of these lot splits. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-10-490 - APPROVING THE LOT SPLIT FOR <br />61 WEST COUNTY ROAD C AS REQUESTED BY DIRECT BUILDERS <br />SUBJECT TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS <br />CONTAINED IN HIS REPORT DATED OCTOBER 10, 1990 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, LaValle, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-10-491 - APPROVING THE LOT SPLIT FOR <br />67 WEST COUNTY ROAD C AS REQUESTED BY DIRECT BUILDERS <br />SUBJECT TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS <br />CONTAINED IN HIS REPORT DATED OCTOBER 10, 1990 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />LOT SPLIT - Council reviewed the application for lot split as <br />DENUCCI submitted by Mr. Joseph DeNucci to divide his property <br />Page 16 <br />
