MINUTES CITY COUNCIL OCTOBER 24, 1990 on Burke Lane into three lots. Both the Planning Commission and City Planner have recommended approval. Fahey asked if all City setback requirements could be met on the proposed lots. The City Planner replied that the lot sizes are adequate so that required setbacks can be met. The City Administrator reported that the City Engineer will be reviewing the lot split with regard to easements that are necessary for the City. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-10-492 - APPROVING THE DIVISION OF THE DENUCCI PROPERTY ON BURKE LANE INTO THREE LOTS AS REQUESTED BY MR. JOSEPH DENUCCI SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS CONTAINED IN HIS REPORT DATED OCTOBER 9, 1990 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Fahey, LaValle. Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. UNLICENSED The City Attorney submitted for Council approval a VEHICLE proposed Ordinance regulating u nlicensed vehicles based ORDINANCE on Council discussion at their last meeting. Mr. Fahey introduced the following Ordinance and moved its adoption: ORDINANCE NO. 339 - AN ORDINANCE DEFINING THE PARKING OR OUTSIDE STORAGE OF CERTAIN UNLICENSED VEHICLES AS A PUBLIC NUISANCE The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Collova, Scalze, LaValle. Nays (Oj. Ordinance declared adopted. ARCHITECT'S Council reviewed the recommendations of the City FEE Administrator dated October 19, 1990 regarding the architect's request for additional compensation which says that the construction manager fee plus sales tax should be included in construction costs. Fahey reviewed the Administrator's recommendations with regard to additional work scope items. Page 17
