MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 24, 1990 <br />on Burke Lane into three lots. Both the Planning <br />Commission and City Planner have recommended approval. <br />Fahey asked if all City setback requirements could be <br />met on the proposed lots. <br />The City Planner replied that the lot sizes are <br />adequate so that required setbacks can be met. <br />The City Administrator reported that the City Engineer <br />will be reviewing the lot split with regard to <br />easements that are necessary for the City. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-10-492 - APPROVING THE DIVISION OF <br />THE DENUCCI PROPERTY ON BURKE LANE INTO THREE LOTS AS <br />REQUESTED BY MR. JOSEPH DENUCCI SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE <br />WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS <br />CONTAINED IN HIS REPORT DATED OCTOBER 9, 1990 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (O). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />UNLICENSED The City Attorney submitted for Council approval a <br />VEHICLE proposed Ordinance regulating u nlicensed vehicles based <br />ORDINANCE on Council discussion at their last meeting. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following Ordinance and moved <br />its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 339 - AN ORDINANCE DEFINING THE PARKING <br />OR OUTSIDE STORAGE OF CERTAIN UNLICENSED VEHICLES AS A <br />PUBLIC NUISANCE <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Fahey, Blesener, Collova, Scalze, LaValle. <br />Nays (Oj. <br />Ordinance declared adopted. <br />ARCHITECT'S Council reviewed the recommendations of the City <br />FEE Administrator dated October 19, 1990 regarding the <br />architect's request for additional compensation which <br />says that the construction manager fee plus sales tax <br />should be included in construction costs. Fahey <br />reviewed the Administrator's recommendations with <br />regard to additional work scope items. <br />Page 17 <br />
