MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 14, 1990 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Fahey, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-11-507 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />OCTOBER 30~ 1990 COUNCIL WORKSHOP MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, Fahey, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90-11-508 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />NOVEMBER 8, 1990 SPECIAL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Fahey, Collova, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />LIONS CLUB Council reviewed the application for Exemption from <br />GAMBLING Lawful Gambling License submitted by the North Ramsey <br />LICENSE 500th Lions Club for a gold plate dinner to be held on <br />Sunday, March 3, 1991, at the Venetian Inn. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90-11-509 - APPROVING TAE APPLICATION <br />FOR EXEMPTION FROM LAWFUL GAMBLING LICENSE SUBMITTED BY <br />THE NORTH RAMSEY 500TH LIONS CLUB FOR A GOLD PLATE <br />DINNER TO BE HELD AT THE VENETIAN INN ON SUNDAY, MARCH <br />3, 1991, SUBJECT TO THE RESTRICTION OF NO SALE OF <br />PULL-TABS BY THE LIONS CLUB AT THIS FUNCTION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Fahey, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Page 2 <br />
