MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 14, 1990 <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-11-514 - APPROVING THE CITY'S <br />PARTICIPATION IN THE COST OF STORM SEWER EXTENSIONS IN <br />CONJUNCTION WITA COUNTY DITCH N0. 16 AS RECOMMENDED BY <br />THE CITY ENGINEER AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Fahey, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resoltuion declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator reported that there is one <br />additional workscope item as part of this project which <br />would be entirely paid for by the City. The City <br />Engineer is in the process of exploring some <br />alternatives, since he feels the initial estimates are <br />too high. This matter will be brought back to the <br />Council for action at a later date. <br />STANKE Council reviewed the Stanke Development Agreement with <br />DEVELOPMENT the Administrator reporting that Mr. Stanke has <br />AGREEMENT indicated that he would return a signed copy to the <br />City within the next few days. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 90-11-515 - AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br />CITY ADMINI5TRATOR TO EXECUTE THE STANKE DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Blesener, Collova, Fahey, 5calze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />FIRE HALL Fahey reported that the Council held a workshop meeting <br />on the issue of the existing Fire Station. Based on <br />the input received from various City organizations, it <br />was the concensus of the Council to retain the Fire <br />Station for various City purposes. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-11-516 - APPROVING THE RETENTION OF <br />THE EXISTING FIRE STATION FOR FUTURE CITY USES BASED ON <br />THE RECOMMENDATIONS AND INPUT RECEIVED FROM VARIOUS <br />CITY ORGANIZATIONS AND GROUPS <br />Page 9 <br />
