MINUTES CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 14, 1990 moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-11-514 - APPROVING THE CITY'S PARTICIPATION IN THE COST OF STORM SEWER EXTENSIONS IN CONJUNCTION WITA COUNTY DITCH N0. 16 AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ENGINEER AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Fahey, Collova, Scalze. Nays (0). Resoltuion declared adopted. The City Administrator reported that there is one additional workscope item as part of this project which would be entirely paid for by the City. The City Engineer is in the process of exploring some alternatives, since he feels the initial estimates are too high. This matter will be brought back to the Council for action at a later date. STANKE Council reviewed the Stanke Development Agreement with DEVELOPMENT the Administrator reporting that Mr. Stanke has AGREEMENT indicated that he would return a signed copy to the City within the next few days. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 90-11-515 - AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINI5TRATOR TO EXECUTE THE STANKE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (5) LaValle, Blesener, Collova, Fahey, 5calze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. FIRE HALL Fahey reported that the Council held a workshop meeting on the issue of the existing Fire Station. Based on the input received from various City organizations, it was the concensus of the Council to retain the Fire Station for various City purposes. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-11-516 - APPROVING THE RETENTION OF THE EXISTING FIRE STATION FOR FUTURE CITY USES BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATIONS AND INPUT RECEIVED FROM VARIOUS CITY ORGANIZATIONS AND GROUPS Page 9
