MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />DECEMBER 26, 1990 <br />yet, and suggested that a committee be appointed to <br />review the various quotes when they are received and <br />authorize the purchase of the most advantageous <br />proposal. The Administrator reported that it appears <br />the City may have due some rebates of monies paid in <br />1990 and potentially in prior years from the League's <br />insurance program. <br />Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-12-570 - AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR, WORKING WITH THE CITY'S INSURANCE AGENT <br />AND ADMINISTRATIVE LIAISON, TO MAKE THE APPROPRIATE <br />INSURANCE SELECTIONS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Fahey, Blesener, Scalze, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />1991 The Administrator submitted 1991 employee salary <br />EMPLOYEE recommendations as discussed at the December 20th <br />SALARIES workshop meeting. The Administrator pointed out that <br />in compliance with previous documentation, Pat Dunn's <br />salary will equal Scott Heaton's since Dunn has now <br />been employed by the City on a full-time basis for <br />three years. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 90-12-571 - APPROVING 1991 EMPLOYEE <br />WAGES AS PRESENTED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR WHICH TAKE <br />INTO ACCOUNT COMPARABLE WORTH ADJUSTMENTS AND SALARY <br />RANGES <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Fahey. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />OPTICOM Blesener presented for Council approval an agreement <br />AGREEMENT with MN DOT for installation of an opticom system at <br />the intersection of Rice Street and County Road C.
