MINUTES CITY COUNCIL DECEMBER 26, 1990 yet, and suggested that a committee be appointed to review the various quotes when they are received and authorize the purchase of the most advantageous proposal. The Administrator reported that it appears the City may have due some rebates of monies paid in 1990 and potentially in prior years from the League's insurance program. Mr. Fahey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-12-570 - AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR, WORKING WITH THE CITY'S INSURANCE AGENT AND ADMINISTRATIVE LIAISON, TO MAKE THE APPROPRIATE INSURANCE SELECTIONS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (4) Fahey, Blesener, Scalze, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. 1991 The Administrator submitted 1991 employee salary EMPLOYEE recommendations as discussed at the December 20th SALARIES workshop meeting. The Administrator pointed out that in compliance with previous documentation, Pat Dunn's salary will equal Scott Heaton's since Dunn has now been employed by the City on a full-time basis for three years. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90-12-571 - APPROVING 1991 EMPLOYEE WAGES AS PRESENTED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR WHICH TAKE INTO ACCOUNT COMPARABLE WORTH ADJUSTMENTS AND SALARY RANGES The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (4) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Fahey. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. OPTICOM Blesener presented for Council approval an agreement AGREEMENT with MN DOT for installation of an opticom system at the intersection of Rice Street and County Road C.
