MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />February 13, 1991 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Hanson. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 91-2-48 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />JANUARY 30TH SPECIAL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Hanson, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />LIQUOR Mr. Du Quoc Nguyen appeared before the Council <br />LICENSE requesting the transfer of the Wine and <br />TRANSrER Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor Licenses from The Fortune <br />MY LE HOA Cookie Inn to My Le Hoa (Chinese Restaurant). <br />Scalze noted that all the necessary paper work has been <br />received and is in order. Also, the City is in receipt <br />of a satisfactory Sheriff's report for Mr. Nguyen. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-2-49 - APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF WINE <br />AND NON-INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSES FROM THE <br />FORTUNE COOKIE INN TO MY LE HOA (CHINESE RESTAURANT) <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Collova. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Collova, Hanson, Blesener, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />GAMBLING Council reviewed the application for Exemption from <br />LICENSE Lawful Gambling License received from the Lino Lalces <br />EXEMPTION Lions Club in order that they can hold a gold plate <br />LINO LAICES dinner at the Venetian Inn on Sunday, April 21st. <br />LIONS CLUB <br />Staff reported that Sheriff's reports are pending for <br />this application. <br />Page 2 <br />
