MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />March 13, 1991 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-3-100 - AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT <br />FOR BIDS FOR TRAIL EXTENSION IN THUNDER BAY PARK <br />BETWEEN ARCADE AND GREENBRIER STREETS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, Hanson, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />VOUCAERS Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 91-3-101 - APPROVING THE VOUCHERS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Hanson, Blesener, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />PLAQUES FOR LaValle reported that he is meeting on Friday at 11 <br />CITY CENTER A.M. on the issue of plaques for the City Center and <br />& FIRE Fire Station, and should have a report to the Council <br />STATION by their next meeting. <br />FILE The City Administrator recommended adoption of the <br />RETENTION Historical Society's records retention schedule as part <br />SCHEDULE of the reorganization of City records. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-3-102 - ADOPTING THE HISTORICAL <br />SOCIETY'S RECORD RETENTION SCHEDULE AS RECOMMENDED BY <br />THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, Hanson, LaValle. <br />Nays (O). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />SEATING Council reviewed the City Administrator's recommended <br />ARRANGEMENT seating arrangement for the new Council Chambers. <br />FOR COUNCIL <br />CHAMBERS The consensus of the Council was that the recommended <br />seating arrangement was acceptable. <br />GAMBLING Council reviewed the request of the North End Business <br />LICENSE - Club for an Exemption from Lawful Gambling License so <br />NORTA END that they can hold a gold plate dinner at the Venetian <br />BUSINESS CLUB Inn on Sunday, May 5th. <br />Page 12 <br />
