MINUTES CITY COUNCIL March 13, 1991 RESOLUTION NO. 91-3-100 - AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR TRAIL EXTENSION IN THUNDER BAY PARK BETWEEN ARCADE AND GREENBRIER STREETS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, Hanson, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. VOUCAERS Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 91-3-101 - APPROVING THE VOUCHERS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Hanson, Blesener, Collova. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. PLAQUES FOR LaValle reported that he is meeting on Friday at 11 CITY CENTER A.M. on the issue of plaques for the City Center and & FIRE Fire Station, and should have a report to the Council STATION by their next meeting. FILE The City Administrator recommended adoption of the RETENTION Historical Society's records retention schedule as part SCHEDULE of the reorganization of City records. Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-3-102 - ADOPTING THE HISTORICAL SOCIETY'S RECORD RETENTION SCHEDULE AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, Hanson, LaValle. Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. SEATING Council reviewed the City Administrator's recommended ARRANGEMENT seating arrangement for the new Council Chambers. FOR COUNCIL CHAMBERS The consensus of the Council was that the recommended seating arrangement was acceptable. GAMBLING Council reviewed the request of the North End Business LICENSE - Club for an Exemption from Lawful Gambling License so NORTA END that they can hold a gold plate dinner at the Venetian BUSINESS CLUB Inn on Sunday, May 5th.
