MINUTES CITY COUNCIL March 13, 1991 Council reviewed conference seating options. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-3-98 - APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF 16 SLED-BASE HEFtMAN MILLER EQUA CONFERENCE CHAIRS FROM OFFICE PAVILION AT A COST OF $229.36 EACH The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (5) LaValle, Blesener, Collova, Scalze, Hanson. Nays (O). Resolution declared adopted. Collova asked if these expenditures were budgeted for. The City Administrator stated that it appears the construction budget could handle the furniture purchases at this point. If problems arise, other funding sources could be utilized. LaValle suggested that a committee be formed to choose furniture colors. LaValle and Scalze agreed to meet with City staff on Friday for this purpose. CITY CLERKS' The City Administrator recommended that Kathy Glanzer CONFERENCE be authorized to attend the Annual City Clerks' Conference in St. Cloud next week. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 91-3-99 - AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF KATHY GLANZER AT THE ANNUAL CITY CLERKS' CONFERENCE IN ST. CLOUD AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Hanson, Blesener. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. 1991 SEWER Blese»er reported that Council review of the 1991 Sewer & WATER and Water Budgets has been tabled until the next BUDGETS Council meeting. TRAIL Scalze reported that the Park Commission has requested EXTENSION authorization to advertise for bids for trail extension in Thunder Bay Park between Arcade and Greenbrier Streets.
