MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 27, 1991 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 27th day of March, 1991 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Raymond Hanson chaired the meeting and called it <br />to order at 7:30 P.M. and the following members of the <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson <br />Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Collova <br />Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. Mr. Joel Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />City Engineer Mr. Mike Lynch <br />City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Rec. Secretary Mrs . Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-3-105 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />MARCH 13, 1991 REGULAR MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Hanson, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />PRELIMINARY Mayor Hanson opened the public hearing to consider <br />PLAT & PLAN the Preliminary Plat and Plan Review of Yorkton Ridge <br />REVIEW West. <br />Mr. Jack Welch, developer of the plat, reported that <br />the plat consists of 27 single-family lots. The plat <br />had included two duplex lots when it was presented to <br />the Planning Commission, however, these have been <br />changed to single-family due to concerns raised at that <br />meeting. <br />Page 1 <br />
