MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 10, 1991 <br />Council asked that the City Attorney and City <br />Administrator do some research on the costs of various <br />amounts of liquor liability limits and report back to <br />the Council at its next meeting. <br />Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-4-138 - REQUESTING THAT THE CITY <br />ATTORNEY AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR RESEARCH THE COST OF <br />LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE AT VARIOUS LIMIT AMOUNTS AND <br />REPORT BACK TO THE CITY COUNCIL <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Hanson. <br />Ayes (5) Collova, Hanson, Blesener, Scalze, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />CLOSED Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />SESSION moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-4-139 - AUTHORIZING TAE COUNCIL GO <br />INTO CLOSED SESSION FOLLOWING THIS EVENING'S MEETING TO <br />DISCUSS PENDING LITIGATION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Hanson. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Hanson, Collova, Scalze, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-4-140 - ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Blesener, Collova, Hanson, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 9:50 P.M. <br />Attest: <br />
