The meeting was reconvened at 9:15 P.M. <br />TOWERS Scalze asked if surrounding cities are not allowing the <br />construction of free-standing towers, why would Little <br />Canada. Scalze pointed out that these towers are not <br />revenue producers for the City. The Administrator <br />reported that the Agreement has been submitted to the <br />developer, but has not yet submitted a signed copy. <br />Blesener asked if the City should be requiring a <br />liability bond of the developer. <br />The Administrator pointed out that the developer is <br />Page 13 <br />
