MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 24, 1991 <br />improvement. <br />Scalze asked if the City was assuming that costs would <br />be paid other than by assessment. <br />The City Administrator reported that he will do some <br />evaluations and if there are potential sources of <br />paying costs other than through assessment, he will <br />identify them. <br />RECESS At this point in the meeting, 9:04 P.M., Council took a <br />short recess. The meeting was reconvened at 9:15 P.M. <br />TOWERS Scalze asked if surrounding cities are not allowing the <br />construction of free-standing towers, why would Little <br />Canada. Scalze pointed out that these towers are not <br />revenue producers for the City. Scalze felt that two <br />towers, plus all the NSP towers in the City, were <br />enough. <br />Scalze recommended that the <br />to take the necessary steps <br />the City's Ordinance.
