MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 22, 1991 <br />SAXON LANES Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />HOURS OF moved its adoption: <br />OPERATION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-5-180 - TABLING ACTION ON THE SAXON <br />LANES HOURS OF OPERATION PENDING CITY STAFF'S <br />ADDRESSING THE ISSUE OF INCIDENTS AT THE SAXON LANES <br />WITH ITS MANAGEMENT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Aanson, Collova, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />CITY HALL The City Administrator reviewed the proposal submitted <br />MILLWORK & by Boarman & Associates for millwork revisions in <br />SITE conjunction with the Council Chambers. The <br />IMPROVEMENTS Administrator reported that these improvements will be <br />paid for from the City's future Cable TV revenues. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-5-181 - APPROVING THE PROPOSAL OF <br />BOARMAN & ASSOCIATES FOR MILLWORK REVISIONS FOR THE <br />COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Hanson, Blesener. <br />Nays (o). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />The City Administrator reviewed the proposals submitted <br />by Boarman & Associates and Sanders Wacker Wehrman <br />Bergly, Inc. for design of City Center parking lot. <br />The Administrator reviewed the estimate hours included <br />in the proposals, and pointed out that there are some <br />areas in the process that staff can take on thus <br />resulting in a savings. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-5-182 - APPROVING AND AWARDING THE <br />PROPOSAL OF SANDERS WACKER WEHRMAN BERGLY, INC. FOR <br />SITE DESIGN OF THE CITY CENTER PARKING LOT AT A COST <br />NOT TO EXCEED $2,750 WITH CITY STAFF TO HANDLE AS MUCH <br />OF THE PROCESS AS POSSIBLE IN AN ATTEMPT TO REDUCE <br />COSTS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, LaValle, Hanson, Collova. <br />Nays (0).
