MINUTES CITY COUNCIL MAY 22, 1991 SAXON LANES Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and HOURS OF moved its adoption: OPERATION RESOLUTION NO. 91-5-180 - TABLING ACTION ON THE SAXON LANES HOURS OF OPERATION PENDING CITY STAFF'S ADDRESSING THE ISSUE OF INCIDENTS AT THE SAXON LANES WITH ITS MANAGEMENT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Aanson, Collova, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CITY HALL The City Administrator reviewed the proposal submitted MILLWORK & by Boarman & Associates for millwork revisions in SITE conjunction with the Council Chambers. The IMPROVEMENTS Administrator reported that these improvements will be paid for from the City's future Cable TV revenues. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-5-181 - APPROVING THE PROPOSAL OF BOARMAN & ASSOCIATES FOR MILLWORK REVISIONS FOR THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Hanson, Blesener. Nays (o). Resolution declared adopted. The City Administrator reviewed the proposals submitted by Boarman & Associates and Sanders Wacker Wehrman Bergly, Inc. for design of City Center parking lot. The Administrator reviewed the estimate hours included in the proposals, and pointed out that there are some areas in the process that staff can take on thus resulting in a savings. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-5-182 - APPROVING AND AWARDING THE PROPOSAL OF SANDERS WACKER WEHRMAN BERGLY, INC. FOR SITE DESIGN OF THE CITY CENTER PARKING LOT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $2,750 WITH CITY STAFF TO HANDLE AS MUCH OF THE PROCESS AS POSSIBLE IN AN ATTEMPT TO REDUCE COSTS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze.
