MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 10, 1991 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the lOth day of July, 1991 in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Raymond Hanson chaired the meeting and called it <br />to order at 7:30 P.M, and the following members of the <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson <br />Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Collova <br />Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin, Mr. Joel Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />City Engineer Mr. Mike Lynch <br />Cable TV Prod. Mr. Bill Bruce <br />Rec. Secretary Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Collova reported that page 9, 5th paragraph of the June <br />26th minutes should be corrected to indicate that he <br />reported two concerns of Mr. Bob Barr. The first being <br />that the development agreement for Frederickshaven <br />should require the developer to repair lots on the <br />cul-de-sac. The second is that repairs should be made <br />by fall if the road is put in this year. <br />Mr. Collova introduced i_'r,F following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-7-221 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />JUNE 26, 1991 REGULAR MEETING AS CORRECTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Blesener, Hanson, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Page 1 <br />
