MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 25, 1991 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 25th day of September, 1991 <br />in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Raymond Hanson chaired the meeting and called it <br />to order at 7:30 P.M. and the following members of the <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson <br />Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Collova <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. Mr. Joel Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Cable TV Prod. Mr. Bill Bruce <br />Recording Sec. Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-9-323 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />SEPTEMBER 11, 1991 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Hanson, LaValle, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />BRAUSEN Mr. John Brausen appeared before the Council requesting <br />PROPERTY approval of the division of property located at 475 <br />DIVISION Viking Drive. Brausen reported that he is seeking to <br />relocate lot lines so that he can develop the property <br />behind 475 Viking Drive without the need for a <br />variance. Brausen also pointed out that there <br />currently exists an driveway easement for access to the <br />rear lot. As part of the property division, the <br />easement will be made a permanent part of the rear <br />lot. Brausen owns both properties involved in the lot <br />line adjustment. <br />Page 1 <br />
