MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 25, 1991 <br />It was noted that the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval of the property division. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoptions <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-9-324 - APPROVING THE PROPERTY <br />DIVI5ION AS REQUE5TED BY JOHN AND CAROL BRAUSEN FOR 475 <br />VIKING DRIVE SUBJECT TO TKE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY <br />PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED SEPTEMBER 9, <br />1991 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, Hanson, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />ZONING TEXT It was noted that the Planning Commission tabled action <br />AMENDMENT on the application for zoning text amendment submitted <br />2884 by Duane Meron, 2884 Centerville Road, to allow <br />CENTERVILLE continued use of property for auto repair. <br />ROAD <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-9-325 - TABLING ACTION AND CONTINUING <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE APPLICATION FOR ZONING TEXT <br />AMENDMENT SUBMITTED BY DUANE MERON, 2884 CENTERVILLE <br />ROAD, PENDING A RECOMMENDATION FROM THE PLANNING <br />COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Hanson. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONDITIONAL The Mayor opened the public hearing to consider the <br />USE PERMIT application for conditional use permit submitted by <br />AMOCO OIL Amoco Oil Company to allow the relocation of refined <br />products pipeline away from residential structures. It <br />was noted that the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval of this application. <br />There was no one from the general public present <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Page 2 <br />
