MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 9, 1991 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was held on the 9th day of October, 1991 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Acting Mayor Beverly Scalze chaired the meeting and <br />called it to order at 7:30 P.M. and the following <br />members of the Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Acting Mayor Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Collova <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mayor <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. <br />City Attorney <br />Cable TV Prod. <br />Recording Sec. <br />MINUTES Mr. Blesener introduced the foll <br />moved its adoption: <br />Mr. Raymond Hanson <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Pat Cook <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />owing resolution and <br />RESOLUTION N0. 91-10-336 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE <br />SEPTEMBER 25, 1991 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Blesener, LaValle, Collova. <br />Nays (o). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />GERVAIS MILL Bill Sanders, Park Consultant, appeared before the <br />PARK PLANS Council to present development plans for Gervais Mill <br />Park. Sanders described the Watershed's plans for <br />development of water storage areas within the Park as <br />part of a system for improving water quality in Gervais <br />Lake. <br />Sanders then presented a plan which he put together <br />Page 1 <br />
