The Administrator reported that
the issue is in the study stage at this time, and he
will keep the Council informed as it progresses.
PICK-UP Blesener reported that Public Works has obtained two
TRUCK quotations for a new 3/4-ton pick-up truck, one from
Thane Hawkins in the amount of $14,752 and the other
from Rosedale Chev for $15,203. Blesener recommended
that the City Administrator review the specifications
for accuracy.
LaValle reported that the City has received a donation
for the purchase of this pick-up truck. Currently,
Parks and Recreation employees are driving their own
vehicles while on the job. The new truck would replace
the City's 1981 pick-up, which would then be used by
Parks and Recreation. The new truck would also be used
for plowing of parking lots and trails.
Page 10
