MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 23, 1991 <br />The proposed ordinance was referred back to the City <br />Attorney for corrections. <br />OUTDOOR The City Planner requested that the topic of outdoor <br />SALES/ sales/displays be postponed until the second meeting <br />DISPLAYS in November. <br />1992 CABLE The City Administrator reported that Coralie Wilson, <br />TV BUDGET Executive Director of Cable TV North Suburbs has <br />submitted to the City proposed 1992 Budgets for the <br />North Suburban Access Corporation and the North <br />Suburban Cable Commission. The Administrator pointed <br />out that the 1992 Budget is projected lower than 1991 <br />figures. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 91-10-355 - APPROVING THE 1992 BUDGET FOR <br />THE NORTH SUBURBAN ACCESS CORPORATION AND NORTH <br />SUBURBAN CABLE COMMISSION AS PRESENTED <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br /> Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Hanson, Scalze, Collova. <br /> Nays (0). <br /> Resolution declared adopted. <br />THUNDER BAY The City Administrator reported that Pat Rude will <br />& DESOTO STR. participate in the Thunder Bay drainage improvement. <br />COST Also, there were two parcels mistakenly included in the <br />RESOLUTION assessment roll for this improvement that have now been <br /> removed. Therefore, there are only 72 parcels to <br /> divide the cost of improvement of ditches A through C, <br /> rather than 74. Based on these facts, the assessment <br /> figures will need to be adjusted. The Administrator <br /> also reported that due to a question in the DeSoto <br /> Street right-of-way width, the assessment figures for <br /> that improvement have changed slightly. <br /> Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br /> moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-10-356 - AMENDING THE COST <br />RESOLUTIONS FOR THUNDER BAY DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT AND <br />DESOTO STREET IMPROVEMENT AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY <br />ADMINISTRATOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Hanson. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />Page 10 <br />
