MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
OCTOBER 23, 1991
The proposed ordinance was referred back to the City
Attorney for corrections.
OUTDOOR The City Planner requested that the topic of outdoor
SALES/ sales/displays be postponed until the second meeting
DISPLAYS in November.
1992 CABLE The City Administrator reported that Coralie Wilson,
TV BUDGET Executive Director of Cable TV North Suburbs has
submitted to the City proposed 1992 Budgets for the
North Suburban Access Corporation and the North
Suburban Cable Commission. The Administrator pointed
out that the 1992 Budget is projected lower than 1991
figures.
Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91-10-355 - APPROVING THE 1992 BUDGET FOR
THE NORTH SUBURBAN ACCESS CORPORATION AND NORTH
SUBURBAN CABLE COMMISSION AS PRESENTED
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle.
Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Hanson, Scalze, Collova.
Nays (0).
Resolution declared adopted.
THUNDER BAY The City Administrator reported that Pat Rude will
& DESOTO STR. participate in the Thunder Bay drainage improvement.
COST Also, there were two parcels mistakenly included in the
RESOLUTION assessment roll for this improvement that have now been
removed. Therefore, there are only 72 parcels to
divide the cost of improvement of ditches A through C,
rather than 74. Based on these facts, the assessment
figures will need to be adjusted. The Administrator
also reported that due to a question in the DeSoto
Street right-of-way width, the assessment figures for
that improvement have changed slightly.
Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-10-356 - AMENDING THE COST
RESOLUTIONS FOR THUNDER BAY DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT AND
DESOTO STREET IMPROVEMENT AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY
ADMINISTRATOR
The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle.
Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Scalze, Collova, Hanson.
Nays (0).
Resolution declared adopted.
Page 10
