MINUTES CITY COUNCIL OCTOBER 23, 1991 PARK & Scalze reported that there was a Council workshop RECREATION meeting on October 22nd to discuss the structuring of DIRECTOR the Park and Recreation Director position. This matter has now been referred to a smaller committee which will meet next Tuesday and which will present options to the larger committee. Blesener suggested that if anyone has any input for the committee to consider that it be put in writing and submitted to Scalze. VENETIAN INN The City Administrator reported that the Venetian Inn LIQUOR has requested that the City waive the 30-day notice LIABILITY requirement for change in liquor liability insurance INSURANCE coverage. The Venetian is changing their insurance carrier to get the dates of coverage in line with the term of their liquor license. Without the waiving of the 30-day notice, the Venetian Inn will have to pay for a 30-day overlap in coverage. Mr. LaValle introduced th~ moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-10-361 REQUIREMENT FOR CHANGE IN COVERAGE FOR THE VENETIAN BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR s following resolution and - WAIVING THE 30-DAY NOTICE LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE INN SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION THAT NEW COVERAGE IS IN PLACE The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (5) LaValle, Blesener, Collova, Hanson, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. ADJOURN Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-10-362 - ADJOURNING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (5) LaValle, Blesener, Collova, Aanson, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted.
