MINUTES CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 13, 1991 would be acceptable as long as the organization was supported through the City's budget. Bruce pointed out that the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department is interested in doing a video that could be played to various city councils. Scalze felt that any productions that fall under this program should be limited to what is in the City. Bruce suggested that he obtain more information on what other cities are doing. GERVAIS MILL Scalze suggested that in addition to the Park PARK Consultant, City staff become involved in negotiations with the Watershed involving their water quality project proposed for Gervais Mill Park. The City Administrator reported that he and the City Engineer as well as the Park Consultant have met with the Watershed to discuss the general nature of their plans. The Administrator reported that staff will continue to be involved in the process. Hanson reported that he has received calls from property owners in the vicinity of Gervais Mill Park expressing concern about the effect of the project on water tables in the area, specifically private wells. Scalze reported that the Park Commission will be conducting neighborhood meetings to explain the project, and suggested that representatives of the Watershed as well as Barr Engineering be available at those meetings. The Administrator reported that project funding is not yet in place, and a year from now may be the soonest that the project gets underway. The Administrator reported that the Watershed will be contacted regarding property owners' concerns about the effect of the project on wells. VOUCHERS Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 91-11-393 - APPROVING THE VOUCHERS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener.
