MINUTES CITY COUNCIL FEBRUARY 12, 1992 Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 92-2-63 - ADOPTING THE RECEIPT AND OTHER GRATUITIES ADMINISTRATOR AND AS CITY COUNCIL AGENDAS POLICY AS RECOMMENDED BY OUTLINED ON PAGES 21 AND OF GIFTS THE CITY 22 OF The foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Hanson. Ayes (5) LaValle, Hanson, Scalze, Collova, Blesener. Nays (o). Resolution declared adopted. NORTHWEST Hanson reported that Northwest Youth & Family Services YOUTH & has requested Council support of their application for FAMILY a community development block grant. They are making SERVICES application for this grant to offset budget cuts that BLOCK GRANT cities have had to make in their financial support of the orqanization. Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 92-2-64 - SUPPORTING THE APPLICATION FOR A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) BY NORTHWEST YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES (NYFS) The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (5) Collova, Blesener, LaValle, Hanson, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. WETLAND Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and PERMITTING moved its adoption: AGENT RESOLUTION NO. 92-2-65 - DESIGNING RAMSEY COUNTY WATERSAED AS THE CITY'S WETLAND PERMITTING AGENT BASED ON TAE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PUBLIC WORKS SUPERINTENDENT The foreqoinq resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Hanson, LaValle. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. FIRE DEPT. Collova reported that at a recent meeting of the Fire Relief Association, he and LaValle were asked by the Association if they wanted to be more involved in the day-to-day activities of the Association, such as in the making of investment decisions.
