MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 12, 1992 <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-2-63 - ADOPTING THE RECEIPT <br />AND OTHER GRATUITIES <br />ADMINISTRATOR AND AS <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDAS <br />POLICY AS RECOMMENDED BY <br />OUTLINED ON PAGES 21 AND <br />OF GIFTS <br />THE CITY <br />22 OF <br />The foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Hanson. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Hanson, Scalze, Collova, Blesener. <br />Nays (o). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />NORTHWEST Hanson reported that Northwest Youth & Family Services <br />YOUTH & has requested Council support of their application for <br />FAMILY a community development block grant. They are making <br />SERVICES application for this grant to offset budget cuts that <br />BLOCK GRANT cities have had to make in their financial support of <br />the orqanization. <br />Mr. Collova introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-2-64 - SUPPORTING THE APPLICATION FOR <br />A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) BY NORTHWEST <br />YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES (NYFS) <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Collova, Blesener, LaValle, Hanson, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />WETLAND Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />PERMITTING moved its adoption: <br />AGENT <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-2-65 - DESIGNING RAMSEY COUNTY <br />WATERSAED AS THE CITY'S WETLAND PERMITTING AGENT BASED <br />ON TAE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PUBLIC WORKS <br />SUPERINTENDENT <br />The foreqoinq resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Hanson, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />FIRE DEPT. Collova reported that at a recent meeting of the Fire <br />Relief Association, he and LaValle were asked by the <br />Association if they wanted to be more involved in the <br />day-to-day activities of the Association, such as in <br />the making of investment decisions.
