MINUTES CITY COUNCIL FEBRUARY 26, 1992 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (4) Collova, LaValle, Scalze, Blesener. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CANADIAN Council reviewed the Application for Exemption from DAYS Lawful Gambling License submitted by Canadian Days for a raffle they would like to hold at the Venetian Inn on April 26, 1992. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 92-2-74 LAWFUL GAMBLING LICENSE RAFFLES AT THE VENETIAN TO THERE BEING NO SALE THIS EVENT, AND SUBJECT WITH THE VENETIAN - APPROVING THE EXEMPTION FROM SUBMITTED BY CANADIAN DAYS FOR INN ON APRIL 26, 1992 SUBJECT ~F PULL TABS BY CANADIAN DAYS AT TO RECEIPT OF A LEASE AGREEMENZ The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (4) LaValle, Blesener, Scalze, Collova. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. FINAL The City Administrator recommended final payment to BE PAYMENT Construction for the Pioneer Park concession building BE in the amount of $2,769.02. This recommendation is CONSTRUCTION based the advice of the architect and the result of neqotiations with the architect and the contractor. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 92-2-75 - APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO BE CONSTRUCTION FOR THE PIONEER PARK CONCESSION BUILDING IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,769.02 BASED ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE ARCAITECT AND THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. Ayes (4) Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Scalze. Nays (o). Resolution declared adopted. FINAL The City Administrator submitted the final payment PAYMENT request of Washtock Construction for construction of WASHTOCK the warming house on Demont Avenue in the amount of CONSTRUCTION $2,264.00.
