MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 11, 1992 <br />the appointment with Hanson and Scalze voting for <br />Cylkowski and Blesener and Collova voting for Behles. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-3-94 - TABLING ACTION ON APPOINTMENT <br />TO THE PARK COMMISSION VACANCY UNTIL THE NEXT COUNCIL <br />MEETING WHEN THE FULL COUNCIL WILL BE PRESENT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Hanson. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Hanson, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />VOUCHERS Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-3-95 - APPROVING THE VOUCHERS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Hanson. <br />Nays (o). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />ROADS The City Administrator pointed out that the condition <br />of LaBore Road between DeSoto Street and Edgerton <br />Street is very poor. The Administrator reported that <br />the Public Works Superintendent will be working with <br />the City Engineer to put together a listing of roads <br />that need attention this year. Once that listing is <br />received and reviewed, the City may have to hold <br />improvement hearings to address the situation. <br />BUDGET The City Administrator reported that while he has not <br />had official word, due to the State's budget shortfall, <br />he is anticipating that the City's Local Government <br />Aids will be reduced or eliminated altogether. The <br />City was scheduled to received approximately $64,000 in <br />LGA durinq 1992. The Administrator reported that some <br />reduction in LGA was anticipated and has already been <br />addressed in the 1992 Budget. He will start putting <br />together a list of possible additional budget <br />reductions. <br />ADJOURN Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />Page 21 <br />
