MINUTES CITY COUNCIL MARCH 11~ 1992 RESOLUTION NO. 92-3-91 - APPROVING THE REAPPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS FOR THE ST. JOHN'S CHURCH PROPERTY DIVISION ON LITTLE CANADA ROAD AS PRESENTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (4) Scalze, Blesener, Hanson, Collova. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. SNOWPLOWING Council reviewed the snowplowing policy which was POLICY submitted by the Public Works Superintendent. This is a formal policy of what is already in effect and used by the Public Works Department. The City's insurance company has asked that the City formalize the policy. Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 92-3-92 - APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE SNOWPLOWING POLICY AS SUBMITTED BY THE PUBLIC WORKS SUPERINTENDENT The foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. Ayes (4) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Hanson. Nays (Oj. Resolution declared adopted. PARK & Scalze reported that she and the City Administrator RECREATION will be putting together a framework for possible COMMISSION expansion of duties of the City's Park Commission to Park and Recreation Commission. Scalze suggested that a Council workshop be scheduled for Wednesday, April 8th to discuss that framework, and that interested groups be invited to attend that workshop. Mrs. Scalze introduced moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 92-3-93 MEETING FOR WEDNESDAY, DISCUSS THE POSSIBLE E COMMISSION TO PARK AND the following resolution and - CALLING A COUNCIL WORKSHOP APRIL 8TH, AT 6:15 P.M. TO KPANSION OF THE CITY'S PARK RECREATION COMMISSION The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Collova. Ayes (4) Scalze, Collova, Hanson, Blesener. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted.
