MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 11~ 1992 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-3-91 - APPROVING THE REAPPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS FOR THE ST. JOHN'S CHURCH PROPERTY <br />DIVISION ON LITTLE CANADA ROAD AS PRESENTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Blesener, Hanson, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />SNOWPLOWING Council reviewed the snowplowing policy which was <br />POLICY submitted by the Public Works Superintendent. This is <br />a formal policy of what is already in effect and used <br />by the Public Works Department. The City's insurance <br />company has asked that the City formalize the policy. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-3-92 - APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE <br />SNOWPLOWING POLICY AS SUBMITTED BY THE PUBLIC WORKS <br />SUPERINTENDENT <br />The foregoinq resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (4) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Hanson. <br />Nays (Oj. <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />PARK & Scalze reported that she and the City Administrator <br />RECREATION will be putting together a framework for possible <br />COMMISSION expansion of duties of the City's Park Commission to <br />Park and Recreation Commission. Scalze suggested that <br />a Council workshop be scheduled for Wednesday, April <br />8th to discuss that framework, and that interested <br />groups be invited to attend that workshop. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-3-93 <br />MEETING FOR WEDNESDAY, <br />DISCUSS THE POSSIBLE E <br />COMMISSION TO PARK AND <br />the following resolution and <br />- CALLING A COUNCIL WORKSHOP <br />APRIL 8TH, AT 6:15 P.M. TO <br />KPANSION OF THE CITY'S PARK <br />RECREATION COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Collova. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Collova, Hanson, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />PARK Council reviewed the applications received from Dave <br />COMMISSION Behles and Greq Cylkowski for appointment to the <br />APPOINTMENT vacancy on the Park Commission.
