MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 25, 1992 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-3-111 - APPROVING THE LOW PER UNIT <br />LANDSCAPING QUOTES AS SUBMITTED AND AS RECOMMENDED BY <br />THE PARK COMMISSION SUBJECT TO REVIEW AND PLACEMENT OF <br />LANDSCAPING MATERIALS BY THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR, PARK <br />AND RECREATION DIRECTOR AND PUBLIC WORKS SUPERINTENDENT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Hanson, LaValle, Collova. <br />Nays (0). <br />Resolution declared adopted. <br />SENIOR Scalze reported that she, the City Administrator and <br />CITIZEN Parks and Recreation Director have met with Johanna <br />COORDINATOR Meath to discuss her retirement as Senior Citizen <br />Coordinator. Meath has agreed to stay on to help in <br />the transition. Currently Meath is working with the <br />55+ Club to outline the tasks involved in the <br />Coordinator's position and to determine if some of <br />these tasks can be reorganized so that they can be <br />handled by committees. This information will be <br />provided to the Park and Recreation Director, who will <br />then analyze it and come back with a recommendation. <br />SUPER SUI~SER Scalze reported that the City is currently advertising <br />the position of 5uper Summer Day Camp Director.
