MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 8, 1992 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-4-125 - RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT ON THE TWIN LAKE BLVD. SHOULDER PAVING <br />IMPROVEMENT FROM RAMSEY COUNTY AND CALLING A PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON THIS IMPROVEMENT FOR MAY 13, 1992 AT 7:30 <br />P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, Blesener, Collova, LaValle, Hanson. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PARK Collova reminded the viewing public that the City is <br />COMMISSION currently advertising a vacancy on the Park Commission. <br />Interested parties should submit a letter of interest <br />on or before April 17th. <br />VOUCHERS Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-4-126 - APPROVING TAE VOUCHERS <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Blesener, Collova, Hanson, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ASSESSMENT The City Administrator reported that the Costa Estates <br />REAPPORTION- plat has now been recorded, therefore, the County has <br />MENT submitted a request to reapportion assessments in <br />COSTA ESTATES conjunction with the DeSoto Street improvement. The <br />Administrator reported that the reapportionment has <br />been discussed with the property owner involved, and <br />the property owner has requested that assessments be <br />reapportioned at a rate of $11,031.73 for each of the <br />11 single-family lots, and $60,866.30 for the outlot. <br />The assessments for the outlot involve the utility <br />stubs for the interior property as well as a pro-rated <br />share of the cost of DeSoto Street. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 92-4-127 - APPROVING THE REAPPORTION OF <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR PROPERTY DIVISION #DD063723 AS <br />REQUESTED BY RAMSEY COUNTY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Collova, Blesener, Hanson. <br />Nays (O).
