MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA APRIL 27, 1992 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of April, 1992 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Raymond Hanson chaired the meeting and called it to order at 5:00 P.M. and the following members of the Council were present at roll call: MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener Council Member Mr. Rick Collova Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. Mr. Joel Hanson Recording Sec. Mrs. Kathy Glanzer RENEWAL The Mayor reported that the purpose of this special OF BINGO meeting is to consider the renewal of the bingo hall HALL license for Movers Warehouse at the Little Canada Bingo LICENSE Hall. This matter was tabled at the Council's April MOVERS 22, 1992 regular meeting since there was no one present WAREHOUSE to represent Movers Warehouse. Mr. Tom Short, representing Mover's Warehouse, reported that he did not attend the April 22nd meeting since he was unaware that he had to be present. Hanson reported that there are some issues which the Council would like to discuss with Movers Warehouse regarding the property, some of these issues going back to the original Conditional Use Permit which was approved in 1986. The City Administrator reported that he and Mr. Short have discussed some of these issues, and outlined that discussion for the benefit of the Council. The Administrator informed the Council that the striping of the parking lot has been discussed. The parking lot was originally striped, however, the paint is now faded and the lot needs restriping.
