MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 27, 1992 <br />that there are still a lot of people coming to the <br />hall. 5hort suggested that there may be the need for <br />the organizations to promote the hall a little harder. <br />The City Administrator reported that City staff will <br />sit down with Mr. Short and work out some solutions. <br />The Administrator felt that none of the concerns raised <br />were insurmountable. <br />Short noted that he needs to have his renewal <br />application in to the State on May 4th. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-4-149 - APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE <br />BINGO HALL LICENSE FOR MOVERS WAREHOUSE FOR THE LICENSE <br />PERIOD AUGUST 1, 1992 THROUGH JULY 31, 1993 CONTINGENT <br />UPON RESOLUTION OF THE MATTERS DISCUSSED, THAT IS, <br />STRIPING OF THE PARKING LOT, RELOCATION OF GRAEBEL <br />MOVERS SEMI-TRUCKS, WORKING WITH CITY STAFF TO RESOLVE <br />THE INGRESS AND EGRESS SITUATION ON TAE SOUTHEAST <br />CORNER OF THE PROPERTY~ POSTING OF A FIRE LANE ON THE <br />SOUTH SIDE OF THE CURB AREA, IF DETERMINED NECESSARY, <br />CURBING OF THE 45-SPACE PARKING LOT, IF DETERMINED <br />NECESSARY~ CONTINGENT UPON RECEIPT OF SATISFACTORY <br />SAERIFF'S REPORTS, AND CONTINGENT UPON AN ANNUAL REVIEW <br />OF THIS LICENSE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Blesener, Scalze, Hanson, Collova. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Scalze noted that the security issue is not tied to <br />this resolution, with the City Administrator noting <br />that the City can address the security requirement once <br />proposed solutions are implemented and evaluated. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-4-150 - ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Hanson. <br />Nays (0).
