MINUTES CITY COUNCIL APRIL 27, 1992 that there are still a lot of people coming to the hall. 5hort suggested that there may be the need for the organizations to promote the hall a little harder. The City Administrator reported that City staff will sit down with Mr. Short and work out some solutions. The Administrator felt that none of the concerns raised were insurmountable. Short noted that he needs to have his renewal application in to the State on May 4th. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 92-4-149 - APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE BINGO HALL LICENSE FOR MOVERS WAREHOUSE FOR THE LICENSE PERIOD AUGUST 1, 1992 THROUGH JULY 31, 1993 CONTINGENT UPON RESOLUTION OF THE MATTERS DISCUSSED, THAT IS, STRIPING OF THE PARKING LOT, RELOCATION OF GRAEBEL MOVERS SEMI-TRUCKS, WORKING WITH CITY STAFF TO RESOLVE THE INGRESS AND EGRESS SITUATION ON TAE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY~ POSTING OF A FIRE LANE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE CURB AREA, IF DETERMINED NECESSARY, CURBING OF THE 45-SPACE PARKING LOT, IF DETERMINED NECESSARY~ CONTINGENT UPON RECEIPT OF SATISFACTORY SAERIFF'S REPORTS, AND CONTINGENT UPON AN ANNUAL REVIEW OF THIS LICENSE The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. Ayes (5) LaValle, Blesener, Scalze, Hanson, Collova. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. Scalze noted that the security issue is not tied to this resolution, with the City Administrator noting that the City can address the security requirement once proposed solutions are implemented and evaluated. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 92-4-150 - ADJOURNING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener.
