MINUTES CITY COUNCIL JUNE 16, 1992 David Klein asked for a clarification of setback requirements in the B-3 District. The City Administrator did not believe that there were required sideyard setbacks in the B-3 District. David Klein asked for a summary of what the City intends to do in response to their conoerns. The City Administrator replied that the low bids will be verified, and the City will contact the Klein attorney with this information. If well capping is not included in the apparent low bid, the City will either consider the addition of the Ducharme price for well capping or move on to the next low bid until it has a bid that meets specifications. Mrs. Klein reported that the truck parked on the property was licensed today, and she intends for that truck to stay on the property. The City Administrator advised Mrs. Klein to move the truck when demolition occurs in order to protect it. The Administrator also advised that any items of interest be removed from the property very soon since the demolition work will proceed shortly. Mrs. Klein asked if the City will grant her any variances so she can do something with the property. Scalze pointed out that the property is zoned commercial, and the uses in the B-3 District would be allowable. Blesener pointed out that the property is a lot of record, therefore, the City would be required to allow the development of the property. Collova suggested that Mrs. Klein discuss the matter with the City Planner who could provide her more information.
