MINUTES OF THE WORKSHOP MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE 24, 1992 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a workshop <br />meeting of the Council of the City of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota and the Little Canada Fire Department was <br />held on the 24th day of June, 1992 in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Raymond Hanson chaired the meeting and called it <br />to order at 6:00 P.M. and the following members of the <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mr. Raymond Hanson <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Collova <br />Council Member Mr. Jim LaValle <br />Council Member Mrs. Beverly Scalze <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Admin. Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Fire Chief Mr. Frank Graczyk <br />Fire Dept. Mr. Mike Fahey <br />Mr. Dick Boss <br />Mr. Tom Stadler <br />Mr. Jim Morelan <br />Mr. Jim Zietlow <br />Citizen Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Recording Sec. Mrs. Kathy Glanzer <br />1993 The City Administrator reported that levy limitations <br />BUDGET for cities have been lifted for the 1993 budget year. <br />The Administrator reported that the City needs to <br />certify a proposed levy to the County by September <br />15th. Once that proposed levy is set, the City will <br />not be able to exceed the total amount proposed as part <br />of final budget certification. Therefore, budget <br />figures will need to be fairly accurate by September <br />lst. <br />The City Administrator requested that the Fire <br />Department submit a draft of their 1993 Budget request <br />by end of July/early August. <br />NEW TRUCK The Chief reported that the Fire Department has <br />UPDATE $143,300 in reserves for the new fire truck on order. <br />Page 1 <br />
