MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 22, 1992 <br />SALAK/ The City Planner reported the City recently approved a <br />CAMPANARO lot split of the Salak/Campanaro property located at <br />LOT LaBore Road and County Road D. The property owners are <br />COMBINATION requesting that the newly created Tract B be combined <br /> with other property that they own immediately adjacent <br /> to it. It is their intention to sell this property to <br /> a developer, who will then work with the City to plat <br /> the property. If the property were not combined at <br /> this time, City requirements would create some <br /> easements which would need to be vacated when the <br /> property is platted for development. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 92-7-236 - APPROVING THE SALAK/CAMPANARO <br />PROPERTY COMBINATION AS PRESENTED BASED ON THE <br />RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND THE CITY <br />COUNCIL <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4) Scalze, Blesener, Hanson, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONDITIONAL Hanson opened the public hearing to consider the <br />USE PERMIT applications submitted by Food N Fuel, Fina Serve, <br />OUTDOOR and Rice Street Bike for Conditional Use Permits to <br />SALES & allow outdoor sales and displays on their properties. <br />DISPLAYS It was noted that the Planning Commission has tabled <br />FOOD N FUEL action on the the Fina Serve and Rice Street Bike <br />FINA SERVE requests pending submission of site plans. The <br />RICE ST. BIKE Planning Commission has recommended approval of the <br />Food N Fuel Conditional Use Permit request. <br />Council asked if it could act on the Food N Fuel <br />request independent of the other two. <br />The City Attorney replied that the public hearing could <br />be closed relative to the Food N Fuel request, and the <br />other two applications tabled pending a recommendation <br />from the Planning Commission. <br />Upon motion by Blesener, seconded by Scalze, the public <br />hearing on the Food N Fuel Conditional Use Permit for <br />outdoor sales and displays was closed. <br />Page 2 <br />
