Resolution declared adopted.
Phillip Kohlman, 109 Rosewood Drive, expressed concern
about traffic into the area as a result of the Food N
Fuel outdoor sales and displays. Kohlman reported that
there is currently a problem with the fence behind the
shopping center, and people cutting through neighbors'
yards from the shopping center.
The City Planner reported that the permit involves the
display of inerchandise on the sidewalk and pump
islands, which is what Food N Fuel is currently doing.
Blesener noted that the request involves no outdoor
sales, but only outdoor display of inerchandise. The
City had requested Food N Fuel make application for the
Conditional Use Permit to bring their current outdoor
displays into conformance with Ordinance standards.
CUP FOR Aanson opened the public Aearing to consider the
ADDITION OF application for Conditional Use Permit for the addition
SEMI-TRAILER of a semi-trailer parking area at the Slumberland site
PARKING AREA at 3060 Centerville Road. Hanson noted that the
SLUMBERLAND applicant has requested that the matter be tabled at
this time since it is their desire to reconfigure their
proposal. The matter will again be considered by the
Planning Commission in August.
Page 3
