MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 12, 1992 <br />Hanson announced that August 25th through September 8th <br />are the dates for filing for location office. There <br />are two Council Member offices and the office of Mayor <br />up for election this year. <br />ST. JOHN'S Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />CHURCH moved its adoption: <br />FALL FESTIVAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-8-255 - APPROVING TEMPORARY ON-SALE <br />LIQUOR LICENSE AND WAIVING $40 LICENSE FEE FOR ST. <br />JOHN'S CHURCH FALL FESTIVAL TO BE AELD ON SUNDAY, <br />SEPTEMBER 27, 1992, AS WELL AS APPROVING APPLICATION <br />FOR EXEMPTION FROM LAWFUL GAMBLING LICENSE AND WAIVING <br />CITY'S 30-DAY REVIEW PERIOD <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Hanson, Collova, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />BALD EAGLE Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />AREA ASSOC. moved its adoption: <br />EXEMPTION <br />FROM RESOLUTION NO. 92-8-256 - APPROVING APPLICATION FOR <br />GAMBLING EXEMPTION FROM LAWFUL GAMBLING LICENSE FOR BALD EAGLE <br />LICENSE AREA ASSOCIATION FOR FUND RAISER TO BE HELD ON SUNDAY, <br />SEPTEMBER 20, 1992 AT THE VENETIAN INN AND WAIVING THE <br />CITY'S 30-DAY REVIEW PERIOD <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Collova, Hanson, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />FILL PERMIT Mr. Joe Gilles, 2538 McMenemy Street, appeared before <br />2538 the Council requesting approval of a fill permit for <br />MCMENEMY his property.
