MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
AUGUST 12, 1992
Gilles reported that those trees are located on the
Water Works property. Gilles reported that he is
proposing to fill to his property line, and there are
no trees worth saving in the area he planned to fill.
The City Engineer suggested that any area to be filled
be cleared prior to filling.
Collova asked when the filling would be completed.
Gilles felt he did not have adequate time to complete
the filling this year, and asked if the permit could
extend through the spring in order for him to complete
the project.
The City Administrator reported that a fill permit is
for a six-month duration. However, the applicant can
request a six-month extension. The Administrator
informed the Council that they could approve a
six-month extention at this time, if that was their
desire.
Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 92-8-257 - APPROVING THE FILL PERMIT
APPLICATION AS SUBMITTED BY MR.
