MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 26, 1992 <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-8-277 - DENYING THE FINA SERVE <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR OUTDOOR SALES <br />AND DISPLAYS AT THEIR SITE AT 2250 RICE STREET SINCE <br />FINA SERVE HAS FAILED TO SUBMIT A SITE PLAN <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Hanson, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP FOR Hanson opened the public hearing on the application <br />OUTDOOR submitted by Rice Street Bike for Conditional Use <br />SALES/ Permit for outdoor sales and displays at their site <br />DISPLAYS at 2950 Rice Street. Hanson noted that the Planning <br />RICE STREET Commission has recommended approval of this <br />BIKE application. <br />There was no one present from the general public <br />wishing to comment on this matter. <br />Upon motion by Scalze, seconded by Blesener, the public <br />hearing was closed. <br />Mrs. Scalze introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 92-8-278 - APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR OUTDOOR SALES AND DISPLAYS <br />SUBMITTED BY RICE STREET BIKE, 2950 RICE STREET, <br />SUBJECT TO THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AND <br />PLANNiNG COMMISSION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Scalze, LaValle, Hanson, Collova, Blesener. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CUP TO Hanson opened the public hearing to consider the <br />MOVE HOUSE application submitted by Ronald Truscott to move an <br />RON TRUSCOTT existing house on the lot immediately west of 353 Rose <br />Lane. Hanson noted that the Planning Commission has <br />recommended approval of the application. <br />Blesener noted that the house is being moved from a <br />location in Roseville near the County Library on County <br />Road B. Blesener reported that he looked at three <br />houses being stored in that area for relocation, and <br />asked if the Truscott house was one of these three. <br />Blesener noted that he was not impressed with the three <br />houses he looked at. <br />Page 3 <br />
