MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 26, 1992 <br />DeBace reported that the outbuildings are located on <br />the outlot. Mr. Costa has an application pending in <br />Washington County to relocate those outbuildings on his <br />new farm. DeBace anticipated that the greenhouses <br />would be moved before fall. <br />Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-8-281 - APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF <br />TAE COSTA ESTATES SECOND ADDITION SUBJECT TO THE <br />PROFISION FOR INSTALLATION OF UTILITIES ON VANDERBIE <br />PURSUANT TO THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROCESS, SUBJECT TO <br />THE PROPERTY OWNER SIGNING A WAIVER OF RIGHT TO APPEAL <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOTS ON VANDERBIE, AND SUBJECT <br />TO THE PAYMENT OF OUTSTANDING DEVELOPER DEPOSIT COSTS <br />FOR COSTA ESTATES FIRST ADDITION <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener <br />Ayes (5) LaValle, Blesener, Collova, Hanson, Scalze. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />PIONEER Scalze asked if neighboring property owners were <br />PARK informed that the subject of additional parking in <br />PARKING Pioneer Park would be discussed this evening. <br />The Administrative Assistant replied that they had not. <br />DeBace reported that Peter Costa is aware of <br />discussions for enlarging the Pioneer Park parking lot. <br />Mr. Costa was concerned, but the idea may be a good <br />one. <br />KANDICE Aanson noted that the developer has requested that his <br />HEIGATS III application for amendment to PUD Agreement for Kandice <br />PUD Heights III be tabled at this time. <br />AMENDMENT <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-8-282 - TABLING CONSIDERATION OF THE <br />APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />FOR KANDICE HEIGHTS PHASE III AT THE REQUEST OF THE <br />DEVELOPER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, LaValle, Hanson, Scalze, Collova. <br />Nays (0).
