MINUTES CITY COUNCIL AUGUST 26, 1992 DeBace reported that the outbuildings are located on the outlot. Mr. Costa has an application pending in Washington County to relocate those outbuildings on his new farm. DeBace anticipated that the greenhouses would be moved before fall. Mr. LaValle introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 92-8-281 - APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF TAE COSTA ESTATES SECOND ADDITION SUBJECT TO THE PROFISION FOR INSTALLATION OF UTILITIES ON VANDERBIE PURSUANT TO THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROCESS, SUBJECT TO THE PROPERTY OWNER SIGNING A WAIVER OF RIGHT TO APPEAL SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOTS ON VANDERBIE, AND SUBJECT TO THE PAYMENT OF OUTSTANDING DEVELOPER DEPOSIT COSTS FOR COSTA ESTATES FIRST ADDITION The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener Ayes (5) LaValle, Blesener, Collova, Hanson, Scalze. Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. PIONEER Scalze asked if neighboring property owners were PARK informed that the subject of additional parking in PARKING Pioneer Park would be discussed this evening. The Administrative Assistant replied that they had not. DeBace reported that Peter Costa is aware of discussions for enlarging the Pioneer Park parking lot. Mr. Costa was concerned, but the idea may be a good one. KANDICE Aanson noted that the developer has requested that his HEIGATS III application for amendment to PUD Agreement for Kandice PUD Heights III be tabled at this time. AMENDMENT Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 92-8-282 - TABLING CONSIDERATION OF THE APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR KANDICE HEIGHTS PHASE III AT THE REQUEST OF THE DEVELOPER The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by LaValle.
