MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 23, 1992 <br />developer will have to add fill to bring the lots up. <br />The Engineer also pointed out that there is existing <br />sanitary sewer in the area over which a cover must be <br />maintained. <br />The Engineer pointed out that there will be copies of <br />the feasibility report at City Hall for any residents <br />who are interested. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-9-328 - ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT FOR THE VANDERBIE/ALLEN STREET & UTILITY <br />IMPROVEMENT AS PRESENTED BY THE CITY ENGINEER <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Hanson, LaValle. <br />Navs (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-9-329 - CALLING AN IMPROVEMENT <br />HEARING FOR THE VANDERBIE/ALLEN STREET & UTILITY <br />IMPROVEMENT FOR OCTOBER 13, 1992 AT 7:00 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Scalze. <br />Ayes (5) Blesener, Scalze, Collova, Hanson, LaValle. <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />EDGERTON The City Engineer presented a feasibility report on <br />WATER MAIN the improvement of Edqerton Street from Little Canada <br />IMPROVEMENT Road to County Road D by water main. The Engineer <br />FEASIBILITY noted that the improvement proposes that water main <br />REPORT extend from Edgerton east to Payne Avenue on County <br /> Road D and from Little Canada Road north along Keller <br /> Parkway for approximately 500 feet. This will provide <br /> for a second water main loop to serve the City's <br /> northeast quadrant. The Engineer reviewed the details <br /> of the feasibility report and pointed out that water <br /> main would be kept in the shoulder area of Edgerton in <br /> order to minimize reconstruction costs. There may be <br /> the need for construction easements in some cases, and <br /> the water main would be augured under the road to <br /> provide service to both sides of the street. <br /> Scalze asked why the water main is shown on the east <br /> side of Keller Parkway rather than the west. <br /> The City Engineer pointed out that there is sanitary <br /> Page 15 <br />
